This 21.5" GFF capacitive touch panel, which uses SP- ITO film to make touch sensor, SP-ITO is a thin film material that can conduct electricity and behave as optically transparent. It is an extremely important optoelectronic material. It is widely used in P-cap Touch Panel,Smart Window,EMI etc.

 

Compared with other materials, SP-ITO has good electrical conductivity, good light transmission, excellent flexibility, high cost performance, good stability, can make super-narrow bezel, flexible touch screen and no moiré issue.

 

Technical advantages: Provide new solutions for flexible curved touch panel, touch panel with narrow bezel, and super-large touch panel.

 

For flexible and large-size touch fields:it can effectively control optical defects and reduce phase difference, and with higher yield and process stability, it's more suitable for accuracy design, and with better curling performance (more than 100,000 bending tests). The silver paste loading process can be omitted for low impedance (patent applied)

 
Capacitive Touch Panel:
 
Capacitive Touch Panel is to use the working current of induction of human body.The operational principle of the projected capacitive touch panel: There are two layers of the ITO layer under the surface of glass. This ITO layer respectively forms the electric field of X axis and Y axis, which can keep balance by crossing the surface of the class. Once the fingers approach the glass surface, the fingers and the electrode X axis or Y axis will form a new electric field, which can make the local capacitance change. Then the controller will determine the location based on capacitance changes.

Installation way of Touch Panel

 

Note 1: In order to make a touch panel work normally, please make sure that the host device is grounded.

Note 2: All environmental characteristics listed above should be less than 1 atmospheric pressure.

Note 3: The touch panel must be assembled with LCD panel by VHB or other materials, the control board should be fixed on LCM bezel or other mechanical parts of the system and then be grounded; In ESD test, the touch panel should work normally and there should be no damage to the appearance, when no static electricity discharges. However, irregular changes like display flickering are acceptable when static electricity discharges.

Note4: The touch panel may be damaged functionally or work unstably if the panel are not be grounded though your system to earth.

Note5: In order to make a touch panel work normally, power supply or power adapter has to conform to IEC 62684.
